Jon Cohen, JD

Chairman of the Board, Kronos Longevity Research Institute

Jon Cohen is a Senior Partner with the Phoenix office of Snell and Wilmer, where he is a member of the Executive Committee. He specializes in general corporate practice, concentrated in the area of securities, and has been responsible for the legal aspects of a large number of public offerings, mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Cohen is a member of the American Bar Association. He is active in the State Bar of Arizona and is a past Chairman of the Business Law Section. He is also past Chairman of the State Bar of Arizona subcommittee on legal opinions in commercial transactions and a member of the committee responsible for drafting a model acquisition agreement. He has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Arizona.

Mr. Cohen serves on the boards of directors of the Arizona Business Leadership, Arizona Science Center, Lincoln Laser Company and Vika Corporation. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America consistently since 1983.

Born in Omaha, Nebraska, Mr. Cohen received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont Men's College after spending a year at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Mr. Cohen earned his J.D. from the Harvard University Law School.
