The Longevity Kronicle is KLRI's 16-page quarterly newsletter that covers a wide-range of topics on healthy aging, including nutrition, exercise, preventive medicine, dietary supplements, hormonal balance, and sensible personal habits. The articles are scientifically informative, yet in a language that is easy to understand and digest. The Longevity Kronicle provides relevant, up-to-date research on aging and age-related issues to help people gain a better understanding of different health issues related to aging and make recommendations on living healthy through their senior years.
